If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please include your name and order number in the email. We generally process orders within 2-3 business days. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Your satisfaction is our goal! We do not accept returns on our online orders. Although we cannot accept returned products, we are willing to offer replacements or a refund within 30 days of your online purchase. If you should request a refund please note that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect, please email contact us. Please explain what is wrong with the item and remember to include your name and order number. We will happily replace it for you.
